Greetings,

Below is a message I received on a lost item:

We will probably groom one more time as the trails are supposed to get up to a foot of snow this week and temperatures are to remain on the cool side.  The last weekend of the month, I think would be a good time to have the work day to do some tree limbing but I will keep you posted on that.  There is 3’ of packed snow on average on the trails so that is three feet higher we can reach with the saws verses doing it in the summer.

LOST: on fri. nite 3/14/14 (after groomers past) on Prune Creek loop, between Blue Creek loop intersection and Parking lot, via Warming Hut and Tie Hack trail, a small (approximately 6″ long x 1 1/2″ wide x 1/2″ thick) black plastic, with metal. silver colored, extendable antenna, transmitter.
I went back in on Sat. morn., 3/15/14, to, hopefully, locate it but by then 3-4″ of snow had fallen and it was still snowing. So, I didn’t hold out much hope for success. Met many friendly skiers, coming and going, on the trail and related to them my quest and enlisted their aide, all said they would keep an eye out for the elusive item. My search pattern consisted of traversing the route inbound and outbound with no success.

So, the item is still missing. I would greatly appreciate it if any one should come upon it if you would retrieve it and contact me at 672-2957. Thanks, Jim.

Happy trails,
Curt
