Greetings,

I rolled Cutler and made two laps around the Blue Creek Loop at Sibley last night.  There was about 5” of new snow from the storm on Tuesday and maybe a bit more predicted for tonight.  Tom and Clint are headed up to Sibley in the morning to groom the rest of the trails.  They are also going to put up a roll of snow fence on the top of Dead Horse.  There is an area that when it drifts, is really bad so we are going to see how it works.  We bought two 100’ rolls and if it works we will put  some above the lake where the trail is close to Prune Creek and more on Dead Horse.  It is “green” snow fence and will bio-degrade when the snow melts.       Just kidding!  But it really is green in color, a lot better that the obnoxious orange fencing.

The weather looks good again for the long weekend.  Saturday, sunny and nice with a high of 34, Sunday and Monday, a chance of snow and highs in the mid 20’s

 Happy trails,

Curt
