Dead Horse, Prune Creek, The Flume and Tiehack at Sibley were groomed last night. There was only 2-3″ of new snow but there is 20″ predicted from now thru Monday night if the weather man guesses right. Skiing this weekend will probably include some wind and possibly a lot of new snow.
The chili feed last weekend was a success with perfect weather and a good crowd of people.
The Pole Creek Challenge is tomorrow morning, 10:00 at the Pole Creek Cross Country Ski Trails about 20 miles up hwy 16. This was a fun race last year, lots of skiers of all abilities showed up so don’t be afraid of thinking you are not fast enough to enter.
