There has not been any new snow since the grooming last week.  Tom is going to re-set tracks Friday morning at Sibley.  We don’t plan on doing anything at Cutler at this time since we don’t have any new snow to work with.   Chili feed Saturday and the weather looks great.  A high [...]

Greetings, Sibley had about 6-8” of snow since the last grooming and we rolled, bladed and set tracks on all the trails except for the non-meadow section of Blue Creek tonight.  Cutler was rolled last night and reported a bit more snow on that side.   The trails are looking really good and weather this weekend [...]

Greetings,   Matt from Camp Bethel reported only a couple inches of snow in the Sibley area.  That, with the wind chill we decided not to groom at this time.

Greetings,   With the storm that is supposed to blow in tonight the mountain could receive a foot of snow if predictions are accurate.  Since it is going to get pretty cold,  I am predicting an inch of snow and foot of wind, but we have to prepare for the best. (worst being no snow)  [...]

Greetings,   Hope you all had a good Christmas.  I realized Christmas was over on Wednesday when the first seed catalog appeared in our mail box.   Hermes packed Cutler today and reported 3-4” of new snow.  Tom and I are going to groom Sibley Friday night and will set tracks where we can.  There [...]

Season’s Greetings,   No snow this week so no grooming.  We have rolled what we can and we need some good snowfall before we can do anything more with the trails.   The forecast doesn’t look good for the next week or so either.    Tom and I will be doing some chores at the trails [...]

Greetings,   Hermes rolled Cutler last night and said the trail is looking better.  Beware of bumps in the trail as it is probably going to be a rock. He said the east side of the Meadow loop is still thin.   Tom, Matt McMeans and I are going to roll Sibley and haul [...]

Greetings, Dead Horse, Catwalk and Prune Creek at Sibley and Fido’s Fairway at Cutler got packed Saturday.  The snow at Cutler was just not enough to do any more with. As is was, we damaged the roller because of the poor snow conditions.   There is very little snow and I would not recommend skiing at [...]
