Improvements to the Sibley Trails warming hut are now complete!

This past weekend, Alpine Climate Control provided a new stove and the flue for both stoves at a discount, and installed everything! Both bridges got replaced — thanks to the Forest Service for hauling in all the decking and heading up the replacement. Mike and Pat Trout built a giant sawhorse, (aka ski rack) with the leftover lumber, for visitors to the hut this winter. Now everyone will have a place to put their skis and poles.

We had just enough helpers to help with all three projects to get them completed. Thanks to everyone who helped! The aerial photo of the hut is courtesy of the Wyo. Game and Fish Dept.
